• No more personal newsfeed，跟Twitch的新UI功能設計方向完全相反
• 默默強調了分類訂閱，經營者別請好好慎選你的影片分類
• 別忘了你的頻道頁尺寸：2560X1440 檔案大小：4M
• 新版頁面，廣告還沒正常導入，所以目前是看不到廣告的 🙂
• 新版頁面，還不能作個人頻道的佈局規劃，再等等~

從設計面來說，這次的改版主要是2014年G社推出的Material Design實際應用結果，網站的framework採用Polymer的架構而有劇院全黑版(深色模式)的特色。但比較重大改變的是個人的頻道頁，欄位的間隔拉開外完全是無邊框的設計，跟Youtube Gaming app的佈局很接近

新的版面在自訂欄位上還沒有更新，但是新版首頁你可以看到G社更強調訂閱按鈕的重要性，現在不只是頻道訂閱，連分類都可以訂閱了。想試試新版頁面請到：https://www.youtube.com/new

結論：停止使用註解功能，開始使用結束畫面和資訊卡。Youtube官方指出，註解(annotations editor)使用率下滑至超過 70%，原有註解功能無法在手機上使用及被觀看，所以被打入冷宮是正常的

相較於Twitch越來越多的新功能及介面推出，Youtube最近開始精簡(廣告長度)或是刪除功能，讓我們繼續看下去~

• 行動裝置可以顯示結束畫面和資訊卡(我認為這才是重點)：早在全世界興起行動裝置熱潮之前，我們便率先在 2008 年推出註解功能。然而現在，60% 的 YouTube 觀看時間都是來自行動裝置。換句話說，您何苦將時間和心力放在無法觸及多數觀眾的註解功能上呢？與其使用註解，結束畫面和資訊卡是您更加實際的選擇，適用範圍不僅橫跨行動裝置與桌上型電腦，更能提升您的投資報酬率。
• 結束畫面和資訊卡更容易吸引觀眾目光：我們發現，這兩項功能吸引 YouTube 觀眾點擊的次數較傳統註解多出 7 倍。事實上，觀眾較不喜歡在影片中看到註解。據我們統計，觀眾點選 1 則註解之前，平均會先關閉 12 則註解。此外，越來越多觀眾傾向直接關閉註解。
• 結束畫面較容易使用：許多創作者認為，在影片結尾加上註解的操作步驟略有難度。現在您可以選擇使用結束畫面來提升製作效率，最快甚至可以縮短 10 倍的作業時間。您可以匯入其他影片的結束畫面，或是利用動態重疊廣告省下更多時間。
